I almost don't want to write this review, I'm not sure I want people finding this place. You enter a smallish single room, maybe 20 seats. Laminex (Formica) tables and an assortment of chairs. A chef & waiter (the same person) greeted us from behind the counter and sat us at the only free table (we were lucky!). The room smells like you remember your grandmother's kitchen smells, something warm and inviting on the stove. The menu is limited, 3 or 4 different styles of goulash, including a vegetarian choice, plus another on the specials board. We had the special - pork - and a beef goulash, both were really excellent and were washed them down with a lovely natural local Riesling. The service was relaxed and homey - it was more like dinner at a friend's house than being out for dinner. A must visit if you're in the area.

A friend and I were looking for some excellent homemade food and that’s exactly what we got. Delicious, quality food and super friendly people. Will be back to eat in the super cosy restaraunt as we got to takeaway. Can highly recommend!

Spent a really nice evening here. The place is very small - essentially a kitchen size room where you see the cook in action. Goulasch was very good. It’s good to have a some Hungarian flavors in Berlin. Thank you!

G wie Goulash is a cozy, warm and intimate place. The atmosphere is inviting and makes you feel at home. There's an open kitchen where you can see the food being served. Great value for money. A lovely spot for comforting food in a relaxed setting.

Very nice, cozy, and small restaurant. As the name suggests the place offers goulash and it super delicious. We also had the Pana cotta which was also very tasty.

Couldn't be happier that we stumbled upon this place on a list of restaurants to eat at in Berlin. The menu is precise and the food is delicious, the atmosphere cozy. The service was also warm and friendly, don't hesitate to come here!
